Alpsense provides:
- STEM education kits and electronics
- Coding, robotics, AI, and IoT workshops
- Teacher training and school programs
- Digital educational content
3. Eligibility & Minor Participation
- Users under 18 may only participate with parental or institutional consent
- Schools engaging Alpsense confirm they have obtained the necessary parental approvals
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, including curricula, designs, videos, software, branding, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Alpsense.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Payments & Pricing
- All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise
- Full payment is required before product delivery or service access
6. Use of Products & Safety
- Kits and tools must be used under supervision, wherever applicable
- Alpsense is not liable for misuse, modification, or unsafe handling of equipment
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, Alpsense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination of Services
Alpsense reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violating these terms or misuse of services.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
