Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy complies with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

1. STEM Kits & Physical Products

  • Refund requests must be made within 12 hours after ordering
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds are subject to inspection approval

2. Workshops, Training Programs & Camps

  • Full refund if cancellation is made 7 days before the program start date
  • No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the start date
  • No refunds for missed sessions, partial attendance, or schedule conflicts

3. Digital Products & Online Content

  • Digital downloads, recorded sessions, and online learning materials are non-refundable once access is granted

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Customers must notify Alpsense within 24 hours of delivery, along with photographic evidence, for replacement or refund consideration.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method. In case of cash on delivery, payment will be transferred to the bank account within 7–14 business days.
